Let the 30 Day Take Flight 1.0 Countdown Begin!!!

The Take Flight 1.0 Parkour Shoe is scheduled to ship internationally on July 15th. That’s only 30 days away (!!!), and soon after Traceurs worldwide will be Tracing the streets in what we believe to be the greatest Parkour shoe ever developed.

In anticipation of this momentous occasion, we’re starting a 30 Day Take Flight 1.0 Countdown. Every day for the next 30, we’ll be posting on our Facebook page about the shoes, and on each day we will share a new unknown insight, fact, and/or a never before seen photo about the shoe’s design, development, and performance.

Today is the first day of the 30 day countdown so we’re kicking it off right now and right here on the blog:

The development of the Take Flight 1.0 began in Lisses, France in August 2012. Take Flight founder Adam Dunlap was spending an extended amount of time in Lisses working with David Belle at this time. Belle was an endorser of Take Flight in 2012 and Take Flight was also the exclusive producer of Belle’s personal brand. And thus it was because of this relationship, and through this relationship, that in August 2012, Belle and Dunlap began discussing the design and development of the Parkour specific shoe that would ultimately become the Take Flight 1.0.

The release of the Take Flight 1.0 is the most anticipated shoe launch in Parkour history. We hope you tune in over the next 30 days to learn more about the details of the shoe and all that went into making it.

Until July 8th, the shoe will be on a pre-order special and you can save $20 (25%!) by purchasing it just a few weeks in advance. Click here to pick up your pair!

On July 15th, the highly anticipated Take Flight 1.0 Parkour Shoe launches to the Parkour masses worldwide. Let the 30 day countdown begin.
